Gingerbread Bundt Cake

A gingerbread cake baked in the cottage shaped bundt cake pan my brother and sister-in-law gave me for Christmas. It's big enough for 12 nice sized slices. I'm not the world's best cake decorator but the good part is, if the decoration is a disaster, one just eats the evidence.

Tasted great. Pity our hosts didn't
send use home with even a crumb.

Hi Martha. I have never heard of a Bundt cake; maybe we don't have them in the UK.
However your cake looks emminently eatable and that's what counts with me!
Just discovered your blog by random chance!
