Art for The INN - Interfaith Nutritional Network

I was one of a group of artists that met to make collaged plates to be sold to benefit the INN which runs over 50 shelters and soup kitchens for abused and homeless people here on Long Island. We gathered at the Creative Arts Studio in Sea Cliff, NY, to work.

The Studio.

Making collaged plates is something I've never done before, so, I learned something new. As it happens, I didn't get a very good look at my finished piece because the bottom was still wet when I left. As soon as I get a photo of it, I'll put it up. In the mean time, here are some photos of us working and a few finished pieces.

What a neat thing to learn, and for a great cause. Nifty looking pieces--I can't wait to see your finished plate. Wish I could've gone with you!

Wow, those are plates? Beautiful!

It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see.
